K100S & K100-P Check Valve
K100-P – ¼ NPT male coupler
K100-S – ¼ NPT female coupler
Once connected, a tight seal is ensured by two Viton O-rings located in the female connector.
After disconnection, a check valve in each connector maintains the seal.

These couplers are compatible with our 14S and ST200 autoclave hoses.
S100 Self-Piercing Vacuum Cup
The vacuum inlet is used to remove air from the vacuum bag.
Made of steel and aluminum, this product is designed to last thanks to its high resistance to abrasion.
It is primarily used in autoclaves and drying ovens.

ST200 Silicone Hose
The ST200 is a silicone tube that is resistant to vacuum crushing. It can be used for compaction at room temperature and for continuous oven baking at temperatures up to 250°C.
You can add a spring inside the silicone tube to prevent it from collapsing during long cooking times.

ST200-R Reinforced Silicone Hose
The ST200-R is a 4mm-thick silicone tube reinforced with a 6mm-diameter stainless steel spring.
It can be used for autoclave processing at temperatures up to 250°C continuously and at 4 bar.
It is supplied in the desired length with grooved fittings featuring a ¼-inch NPT male threaded outlet.

14S Autoclave-Oven Hose
The design of this hose is the result of 25 years of experience. It remains completely leak-free for hundreds of cycles.
It consists of a braided stainless steel sleeve covered with a silicone sleeve.
Powerful springs at each end allow the hose to withstand high pressures once connected.
