LEADGO has developed a wide range of release fabrics to meet our customers' needs. Our release fabrics are free of release agents and contaminants and can be used directly on the surface of the part.
After baking, it comes off very easily without leaving any residue or small pieces on the item.
These high-quality tear-resistant fabrics are widely used in the wind power, marine, automotive, and other industries.

There are three types of tear-off fabric:
- Polyester (Excellent results with phenolic resins)
- PA6 Nylon (Economy Version)
- PA66 nylon (the highest-performance tear-resistant fabric)
R90HA - Polyester - 85 g/m² - 180°C
An economical and highly durable scraping cloth.
The R90HA fabric is heat-treated and heat-stabilized at high temperatures. It is free of any release agents or contaminants and can be used directly on the surface of the workpiece.

R60 - PA66 Nylon - 60 g/m² - 205°C
The R60 is an excellent Nylon 66 yarn-breaking fabric. It is our Nylon yarn-breaking fabric with the tightest weave and a “fine” texture.
It has been heat-set and heat-stabilized at high temperatures.
The R60 fabric contains no release agents or contaminants and can be used directly on the part’s surface.

R60S - PA66 Nylon - 60 g/m² - 205°C - Silicone coating
The R60S is a Nylon 66 release fabric impregnated with a silicone release agent.
It releases very easily and can be used with most polyester and epoxy resins.

R85PA66 - PA66 Nylon - 85 g/m² - 205°C
The R85PA66 fabric is an excellent Nylon 66 release fabric. It has been heat-stripped and heat-stabilized at high temperatures.
It is free of release agents or contaminants and can be used directly on the part’s surface.
Once baked, it comes off very easily without leaving any residue or small pieces on the item.

R92PA66 - PA66 Nylon - 92 g/m² - 205°C
The R92PA66 pink fabric is an excellent Nylon 66 release fabric. It has been heat-stripped and heat-stabilized at high temperatures.
The R92PA66 fabric is free of release agents or contaminants and can be used directly on the part’s surface. After baking, it peels off very easily without leaving any residue or small pieces on the part.

KBB1N6 - PA6 Nylon - 85 g/m² - 205°C

KBB3N6 - PA6 Nylon - 92 g/m² - 205°C
The KBB3N6 pink fabric is an excellent Nylon 6 release fabric. It has been heat-stripped and heat-stabilized at high temperatures.
It is free of release agents or contaminants and can be used directly on the part’s surface.
Once baked, it comes off very easily without leaving any residue or small pieces on the item.

KBB5N6 - PA6 Nylon - 105 g/m² - 205°C
The KBB5N6 fabric is a highly durable tear-off fabric made of 100% Nylon 6, which melts at approximately 230°C. The fabric leaves a moderate surface mark, and no cleaning is required before painting or applying secondary adhesives.

R85PA66AD - PA66 Nylon - 60 g/m² - 180°C - Adhesive
The R85PA66AD is a Nylon 66 release fabric with an acrylic adhesive on one side.
It adheres very well to composite parts.
It releases very easily and can be used with most polyester and epoxy resins.

RF320PM - Porous PTFE fiberglass fabric - 260°C
The RF320PM is a porous Teflon glass fabric made of 100% PTFE.
Its main advantages are that it absorbs very little resin during curing, while maintaining good breathability when applied directly to the part.
It peels off very easily and prevents delamination issues on lightweight composite parts.
