VACUUM BAGGING FILM

Vacuum-sealing film

LEADGO has developed a wide range of vacuum-sealing films for all types of applications.

They are ideal for oven baking, resin infusion, or autoclave curing.

We are capable of producing vacuum-forming films up to 12 meters wide and withstanding temperatures of up to 230°C. These films are primarily used in boat manufacturing as well as in the wind turbine industry (blades, nacelles, etc.).

LVBF600Y - Coextruded - 150°C - 50µ/65µ/75µ - Max. width: 12 m

A co-extruded, multi-layer vacuum-sealing film made from nylon and polyethylene resins, suitable for low-temperature vacuum applications, particularly infusion.

  • Maximum temperature: 150°C
  • Thickness: 50, 65, 75 microns
  • Up to 12 meters wide
