Vacuum Bagging Film
LEADGO developed a wide range of vacuum bagging film for many applications.
They are suitable for wet lay-up, resin infusion and pre-preg processing up to temperatures of 230°c.
We are able to produce vacuum bagging films up to 12m wide, mostly used for marine and wind energy structures (blade, nacelle, boat, automotive…).
LVBF300B-1 - Co-extruded - 120°C - 75µ - Up to 10m
Multilayer co-extruded vacuum bagging film for low temperature vacuum application, widely used in marine and wind energy industries. It has two-sided off-form property.

LVBF600Y - Co-extruded - 150°C - 50µ/65µ/75µ - Up to 12m
Multilayer co-extruded vacuum bagging film for low temperature vacuum application, widely used in marine and wind energy industries. It is not suitable for autoclave cure process.

Multilayer co-extruded vacuum bagging film with polyolefin and nylon layer, it has high barrier property, suited for use with epoxy and phenolic system.

Multilayer co-extruded vacuum bagging film with polypropylene layer, it has high barrier property suited for use with epoxy and phenolic system.

LVF200G - Mono nylon - 205°C - 50µ/75µ - Up to 3.9m
Produced from modified Nylon resin, it is suitable for epoxy and phenolic resin. Recommended as a bagging film for advanced composites fabrication and other high-temperature/pressure application where softness, workability, pinhole-free and defect-free film are essential.
